Sentido Amounda Bay Hotel - Amoudara (Heraklion)

- Beautiful hotel, amazing food, helpful reception team, clean facilities

- Sunbed reservation issue, loud nighttime noise

Here we stayed so close to some popular places such as historical museum of crete. The room had its own balcony. Beautiful gardens on the territory. The hotel met expectations.

our room was spotless and had an amazing view of mountain. tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges were a plus. the service was terrific, that made the hotel wonderful place.

The hotel had the audacity to make me queue for pool towels, as if I had nothing better to do. The ac took ages to cool down. I was ready to bless this place with a good review, but I just couldn't ignore these absolute nuisances. Who thought it was a good idea?

The food from the buffet is inedible.

It is a very modern hotel very very clean. Nothing for those people who want to party, it is a very quiet hotel without animation and the food is horrible just disgusting nothing for vegetarians, we always had to eat outside, unfortunately. except for the food it is a nice hotel .

Always smiling and willing to help . The food was great , with plenty of choices that left us satisfied every meal.

It wasn't inexpensive , but for the experience we had , it was still worth it.

The beach bar's free drinks and snacks, with clean, spacious rooms with balconies. The enthusiastic and polite staff enhanced our experience! With generous meal options, the hotel feels like a hidden gem just a short bus ride from Heraklion.

The staff were fantastic, especially Marianna-totally brightened my day! Clean rooms and the pool area was just lekker for a dip after the beach. The local beaches are only a quick stroll away, all the better!

Ag man, the food was a bit meh, especially for all-inclusive-could've done with more variety. Overall okay, but not a showstopper.

I had a boss time! The staff were dead sound, always making me feel welcome, and the all-inclusive food was a treat, especially the fresh fish at dinner. Just a shame the ants popped up in my room towards the end. Definitely coming back!

The food was decent, but the shower setup was quite odd and inconvenient.

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals offered at the buffet, with ample vegetarian and vegan dishes each day. The staff were friendly, particularly Michaela at reception.

Beach access hindered by rocky shoreline.

The rooms were modern and impeccably clean, and I found the location peaceful, with a lovely view from my balcony that added to the serenity of my holiday.

The bed mattress was excessively soft, causing discomfort. The beach is quite a distance if you're with children. The local area felt deserted with many shops closed, and only a few dining options available.
